英国繁荣战略基金项目“建立新型城镇化下的可持续公共交通高效出行模式——以武汉市为例”终期汇报在武汉举行。英国驻武汉领事馆官员Peter Young、武汉市交通发展战略研究计划经营部主任白帆，轨道室副主任郑猛、孙小丽出席会议。城市中心潘昭宇所长介绍继9月份英国调研归来项目进展，并介绍了项目研究成果“可持续公共交通高效出行模式导则”。武汉市交通发展战略研究院白帆主任、郑猛主任充分肯定课题研究成果，认为本次研究基于出行链分析公交出行特征，研究深入，成果系统，并有丰富的案例和详尽的数据支撑，与武汉市发展情况紧密结合，尤其是关于票价换乘优惠研究纳入武汉市票价换乘优惠调整方案中，并于月底即将发布。英国驻武汉领事馆官员Peter Young对优化方案在示范区落地实施可行性表示极大关注和充分认可，希望未来进一步加强合作，促进英方先进经验在中国大城市引进实践。
“The Establishment of An Efficient and Sustainable Public Transport Travel Mode along with China’s New-Type Urbanisation– Wuhan Pilot Programme” delivered the final report in Wuhan. Peter Young, Climate Change & Energy Regional Manager, British Consulate General Wuhan, Bai Fan, Director General of Planning and Operation Department, Wuhan Transportation Development Strategy Institute, Zheng Meng, Deputy Director General of Rail Office, Wuhan Transportation Development Strategy Institute and Sun Xiaoli, Deputy Director General of Rail Office, Wuhan Transportation Development Strategy Institute, attended the meeting. Pan Zhaoyu, Director of Comprehensive Transportation Institute of CCUD introduced the progress of the project since his visit to Britain in September, 2015, and he presented the project “Guidance on an Effective Pattern of Sustainable Public Transportation”. Bai Fan and Zheng Meng gave positive comments about the project. They believed that this project, analyzing the public transportation pattern based on travel routes, was a comprehensive research project which led to practical outcomes. They thought that the project, on the basis of an abundance of cases and data, kept pace with the development of Wuhan, especially the ticket discount research which was incorporated into the ticket discount system of Wuhan’s public transportation and was released at the end of December 2015. Peter Young praised the optimization scheme, and he hoped that both sides would enhance cooperation in the future, and that big cities in China could learn from the experience of Britain.
