  1. 联合国人居署(UN-Habitat)


 
    联合国人类住区规划署(UN-Habitat)是联合国一个致力于实现城市更美好的前景的工作机构。它的使命是从社会和环境两个方面推动人类住区可持续发展,使人人享有适当住房。作为联合国负责人类住区事务的机构,面对城市问题,联合国人居署将责无旁贷地把握这种改变,承担领导责任,发挥促进作用。1978年,联合国大会授权联合国人居署负责处理城市发展问题。联合国人居署拥有关于城市发展进程的丰富知识,理解城市及其居民的愿望。 近40年来,联合国人居署致力于为全球范围内的人类住区建设更美好的未来,无论是乡村还是城镇,无论其规模是大是小。四十年的经验积累使联合国人居署在所有城市问题上,从最高层面的政策到各种技术细节,都拥有独特的城市专业知识,并获得了广泛认可。正因为如此,联合国人居署成为最合适的机构,针对城市面临的各种挑战给出答案,提供可行的解决方案,并将有效利用其经验和地位,与合作伙伴携手努力勾画城市未来愿景,建设具有包容性、居住得起的城市,使之成为经济增长和社会发展的驱动力。

  UN-Habitat is the United Nations Programme working towards a better urban future. Its mission is to promote socially and environmentally sustainable human settlements development and the achievement of adequate shelter for all. Mandated by the UN General Assembly in 1978 to address the issues of urban growth, it is a knowledgeable institution on urban development processes, and understands the aspirations of cities and their residents. For forty years, UN-Habitat has been working in human settlements throughout the world, focusing on building a brighter future for villages, towns, and cities of all sizes. Because of these four decades of extensive experience, from the highest levels of policy to a range of specific technical issues, UN-Habitat has gained a unique and a universally acknowledged expertise in all things urban. This has placed UN-Habitat in the best position to provide answers and achievable solutions to the current challenges faced by our cities. UN-Habitat is capitalizing on its experience and position to work with partners in order to formulate the urban vision of tomorrow. It works to ensure that cities become inclusive and affordable drivers of economic growth and social development.

  2. 世界卫生组织(World Health Organization)


 
    世界卫生组织是联合国系统内国际卫生问题的指导和协调机构。总部位于瑞士日内瓦,共有6个区域办事处,150个国家办事处,全球现有7000多名工作人员,工作领域包括:卫生系统,生命全程促进健康,非传染性疾病,传染病,全组织范围服务,防范、监测和应对。我们支持国家协调政府多个部门以及双边和多边机构、基金和基金会、民间社会组织和私营部门等合作伙伴的努力,以实现国家卫生目标和支持落实国家卫生政策和战略。我们的目标是为世界各地的人们创造一个更美好、更健康的未来。世卫组织工作人员通过设在150多个国家的办事处,与各国政府和其他伙伴共同努力,确保所有人都享有可达到的最高健康水平。

  The primary role of World Health Organization is to direct and coordinate international health within the United Nations’ system. There are now more than 7000 people working in 150 country offices, in 6 regional offices and at headquarters in Geneva. The main areas of work are: health systems, promoting health through the life-course, noncommunicable diseases, communicable diseases, corporate services, preparedness, surveillance and response. WHO supports countries as they coordinate the efforts of multiple sectors of the government and partners – including bi- and multilaterals, funds and foundations, civil society organizations and private sector – to attain their health objectives and support their national health policies and strategies. The goal is to build a better, healthier future for people all over the world. Working through offices in more than 150 countries, WHO staff work side by side with governments and other partners to ensure the highest attainable level of health for all people.

  3. 欧洲城市联盟(EUROCITIES)


 
    欧洲城市联盟是欧洲的主要城市网,其成员是欧洲主要城市的地方政府和市政府。欧洲城市联盟于1986年由六大城市(巴塞罗那、伯明翰、法兰克福、里昂、米兰和鹿特丹)市长创建。目前,汇集了130多个欧洲最大城市和40个伙伴城市的地方政府,管理35个国家的1.3亿公民。通过六个专题论坛、工作组、项目、活动和事件,为成员提供分享知识和交流的平台。我们与欧盟机构合作,以回应影响欧洲人日常生活的常见问题。其目标是加强地方政府在多层次治理结构中发挥的重要作用。欧洲城市联盟旨在影响布鲁塞尔利益相关方的意见,最终将欧盟立法的重点转移到一个允许城市政府在地方层面应对战略挑战的方式。2014-2020年的战略框架确定了一些与欧盟发展相关的城市的挑战和机遇。

  EUROCITIES is the network of major European cities. Our members are the elected local and municipal governments of major European cities. EUROCITIES was founded in 1986 by the mayors of six large cities: Barcelona, Birmingham, Frankfurt, Lyon, Milan and Rotterdam.Today, we bring together the local governments of over 130 of Europe’s largest cities and 40 partner cities, that between them govern 130 million citizens across 35 countries. Through six thematic forums, a wide range of working groups, projects, activities and events, we offer members a platform for sharing knowledge and exchanging ideas.We influence and work with the EU institutions to respond to common issues that affect the day-to-day lives of Europeans. Our objective is to reinforce the important role that local governments should play in a multilevel governance structure. We aim to shape the opinions of Brussels stakeholders and ultimately shift the focus of EU legislation in a way which allows city governments to tackle strategic challenges at local level. Our strategic framework 2014-2020 identifies some of the challenges and opportunities in cities that are closely linked to developments at EU level. It sets out five focus areas to guide our work, which largely align with the EU’s strategic priorities.

  4.中国欧盟商会(European Chamber)


 
    中国欧盟商会由 51 家会员企业于 2000 年成立,其目的是代表欧盟不同行业和在华欧盟企业的共同声音。中国欧盟商会是一个在会员指导下开展工作的、独立的非营利性机构,其核心结构是代表欧盟在华企业的 25个工作组。欧盟商会目前已拥有1600余家会员公司, 并在九个城市设有七个分会,分别为:北京、南京、上海、沈阳、中国华南(广州和深圳)、中国西南(成都与重庆)及天津。每个分会都由当地董事会管理,并直接向执行委员会汇报。欧盟商会作为在华欧盟企业的独立官方代言机构得到了欧盟委员会和中国政府的一致认可。它也是民政部认可的外国商会。欧盟商会是正在成长中的欧洲商业组织的成员之一。该组织将来自全球的30个第三方市场的欧洲商业团体和商会联系在一起。

  The European Union Chamber of Commerce in China was founded in 2000 by 51 member companies that shared a goal of establishing a common voice for the various business sectors of the European Union and European businesses operating in China. It is a members-driven, non-profit, fee-based organization with a core structure of 25 Working Groups and 7 Forarepresenting European business in China. The European Chamber now has more than 1,600 members in 7 chapters operating in 9 cities: Beijing, Nanjing,Shanghai, Shenyang, South China (Guangzhou and Shenzhen), Southwest China (Chengdu, Chongqing) and Tianjin. Each chapter is managed at the local level by local boards reporting directly to the Executive Committee. The Chamber is recognized by the European Commission and the Chinese Authorities as the official voice of European business in China. It is recognized as a Foreign Chamber of Commerce with the Ministry of Commerce and China Council for the Promotion of International Trade. The European Chamber is part of the growing network of European Business Organizations (EBO). This network connects European business associations and chambers of commerce located in more than 30 third markets around the world.

  5. URBAN EUROPE


 
    JPI Urban Europe是一项联合规划倡议,其目的是创造具有吸引力,可持续且经济可行的城市地区,使欧洲公民、社区及其周边能够蓬勃发展。作为联合规划倡议的一员,JPI Urban Europe成立于2010年,以解决目前全球城市面对的挑战,追求建立欧洲城市问题研究和创新中心,通过协调研究创造欧洲解决方案。目前,JPI Urban Europe有13 个会员:奥地利、比利时、塞浦路斯、丹麦、芬兰、法国、德国、意大利、荷兰、挪威、斯洛文尼亚、瑞典和英国,其中拉脱维亚、波兰、葡萄牙、罗马尼亚、西班牙和土耳其以及欧盟委员会都是观察员国。有更多的国家参与了JPI Urban Europe的具体活动。

  JPI Urban Europe is a joint programming initiative. The aim is to create attractive, sustainable and economically viable urban areas, in which European citizens, communities and their surroundings can thrive. As one of the resulting joint programming initiatives the JPI Urban Europe was created in 2010 to address the global urban challenges of today with the ambition to develop a European research and innovation hub on urban matters and create European solutions by means of coordinated research. Currently, JPI Urban Europe has 13 members: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Slovenia Sweden and the United Kingdom. Latvia, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain and Turkey are observers, as well as the European Commission. More countries are involved in specific JPI Urban Europe activities.

  6. Future Cities CATAPULT

  Our mission is to advance urban innovation, to grow UK companies, to make cities better. We bring together businesses, universities and city leaders so that they can work with each other to solve the problems that cities face. From our Urban Innovation Centre in London, we provide world-class facilities and expertise to support the development of new products and services, as well as opportunities to collaborate with others, test ideas and develop business models. By bringing together the UK’s top architects, engineers, designers, academics and business professionals, we can help them transform cities on a global scale. We specialise in urban strategies, connected cities and urban data science. We use these capabilities to focus our work on three core themes: integrated urban infrastructure, healthy cities and urban mobility.

  7. 日中经济协会(Japan-China Economic Association)


 
    日中两国邦交实现正常化之前,作为两国之间的联络窗口,廖承志•高碕达之助事务所,即后来的日中备忘录事务所在LT贸易和MT贸易的名义下,发挥了重要作用。作为继承上述两事务所构筑的信赖关系的唯一财团法人,日中经济协会经当时的通商产业大臣的批准后于1972年11月22日成立。财团法人日中经济协会,是于日中恢复邦交正常化的1972年的11月22日成立的日中经济关系专业团体。其成立得到了日本政府通商产业省及以经济团体联合会为代表的广大产业界的大力支持。日中关系在恢复邦交正常化后的40多年交往历史中,克服了各种各样的困难发展至今。中国已经成为我国最大的贸易伙伴国。日中两国的交往越来越广泛和密切。日中经济协会将立足于长远,继续为日中经济贸易关系健全而稳定的发展做出贡献。

  The Japan-China Economic Association was established as an incorporated foundation on November 22, 1972 with the approval of the Minister of International Trade and Industry. The association engages in extensive and wide-ranging business activities as a contact point for Japanese economic and industrial sectors in order to further promote mutual understanding which seeks the sound development of Japan-China economic relations. This is done through efforts like Japan-China Economic Association delegations to China, which have been dispatched each year since the launch of the association, inviting top leaders from the Government of China and all quarters to Japan, and regional agency and city exchanges at the leadership level. China has become Japan’s largest trading partner. The exchanges between China and Japan are becoming more and more extensive and close. The Japan-China Economic Association will continue to contribute to the sound and stable development of China and Japan economy and trade relations on a long-term basis.
